I’m a husband, father, and business owner, and co-owner of RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors alongside my wife, Kim. Ballito offers an incredible balance; it’s a fast-growing market with real opportunity, yet still grounded in lifestyle. There’s an energy here that attracts both investors and families, and being part of that growth while enjoying the coastal lifestyle is something I value deeply. I am an action-orientated, outdoors-loving person who thrives on the coastal lifestyle. I enjoy fishing, clay pigeon shooting, and enduro motorbiking – anything that keeps me active and out in nature. What I love most about living in Ballito is the warm weather, beautiful beaches, and relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to balance adventure with easygoing coastal living.

I’ve been in the real estate industry for over two decades, and my journey into RE/MAX was driven by a desire to be part of a globally recognised brand that aligns with performance and professionalism. Over the years, we’ve built RE/MAX Dolphin Realtors into a market leader on the North Coast, and that journey has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Challenges
Because the property market is deeply influenced by economic shifts, sentiment, and timing, one of the biggest challenges is maintaining consistency. Leading a large team also means ensuring alignment, motivation, and high standards across the board. However, we see challenges as opportunities to refine systems, strengthen relationships, and ultimately grow stronger as a business.

Our business philosophy
People first, process always. If you build a business around service excellence, integrity, and consistency, the results follow. We focus on creating an environment where our agents can thrive, because when they succeed, our clients benefit. Long-term relationships, not short-term wins, are what sustain a business in this industry.

Advice
Treat it like a business from day one. Real estate offers an incredible opportunity, but it demands discipline, resilience, and consistency. Build strong habits, focus on service, and understand that trust is your greatest currency. It’s not about quick wins – it’s about showing up every day, adding value, and building a reputation that compounds over time.
