Set along the North Coast, a quietly sophisticated addition to Ballito’s evolving landscape has taken shape: Molly’s Park. Proudly family-owned and developed by the Morgan family, it reflects a deeply personal vision, one that transcends the conventional idea of a business park.

Created in honour of Anthony “Molly” Morgan – husband to Mandy, and father to Megan and James – who passed away in March 2024, the space stands as a considered tribute to his enduring passion, entrepreneurial instinct, and unwavering ambition. As the founder of Silhouette Furniture, Anthony believed in building more than a business; he envisioned an environment where creativity, craftsmanship, and like-minded enterprises could exist in quiet synergy. Today, that vision continues to unfold through every detail of Molly’s Park.
This level of curation extends to the tenants themselves. Each business has been carefully selected not only for its offering, but for its alignment with the park’s values. At its core, Molly’s Park is an expression of family. For the Morgan family, working together is underpinned by a clear structure, mutual respect, and an intuitive understanding of one another’s strengths.

Molly's Café
Heart and heritage meet a distinct sense of style at Molly’s Café. The café is led by the dynamic mother-daughter duo, Mandy and Megan, whose shared eye for detail and intuitive approach to hospitality shape every aspect of the space. It’s the kind of space that invites you to linger, whether over a morning coffee or a long, unhurried catch-up. This same level of intention carries through to the menu. Ingredients are carefully sourced, flavours are clean and fresh, and presentation is approached with a subtle sense of refinement. Integral to the experience is the presence of pieces from Silhouette Furniture, the family’s design-led brand, whose handcrafted work is seamlessly woven into the café’s aesthetic.

Silhouette Furniture
Founded on the vision of the late Anthony Morgan, the business continues to evolve under the steady guidance of his wife, Mandy, and the fresh, contemporary perspective of their daughter, Megan. Together, they have shaped a brand that feels both grounded and forward-thinking, where tradition and innovation co-exist in considered balance. For Silhouette Furniture, the focus remains unchanged: to create pieces that endure, spaces that resonate, and relationships that are built on trust.

James Morgan and his wife, Emma, founders of Ballito Fitness Village (originally known as CrossFit Ballito), brought on Dr Candice Leith and Wendy Rogers as shareholders and essential members of the leadership team. The BFV coaching team consists of seven amazing people dedicated to making each session the best hour of every member's day. They offer a community-centred training space with world-class coaching and equipment. BFV has grown into a multi-functional gym that now offers CrossFit, HYROX, Personal Training, and Strength and Stretch classes, all complementing each other for those wanting to hop on the Unlimited Membership option.

Amongst the business park tenants is Dr Candice Leith, who holds a PhD in Gender and Sport Psychology. She has a strong focus on the connection between mental and physical wellbeing, including work in sport and performance psychology. Her approach is compassionate and tailored to each individual, supporting clients in navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relational difficulties. She works therapeutically with adults and adolescents in a reflective and collaborative space, and she incorporates play-based and trauma-informed approaches to help children express themselves, process experiences, and build resilience.

Meet Mario Penso, a Director at WT South Africa, with 13 years’ experience in the construction industry. What drew him to quantity surveying was the opportunity to be part of a project from concept through to reality, helping turn clients’ visions into something tangible. He is particularly passionate about residential and commercial developments, and has been fortunate to contribute to major projects, including large-scale prison developments in the UK and the tallest building in Cape Town. He relocated to Ballito in March last year and enjoys the outdoor lifestyle and being part of a well-connected, fast-growing community. Beyond projects, he is focused on building strong relationships within the business park and contributing positively to the local economy and built environment.

Ross Muller and Oliver Cash lead LIT Energy Solutions with a single goal: making sure every system they install performs exactly as it should. Ross, owner and director, brings over 13 years of industry experience and a precise, systems-focused approach to design. Oliver, head of sales, came into the industry from sports science and education, disciplines built on people, performance, and consistency. Both are proud fathers who lead with integrity, transparency, and accountability – values that define the culture of the business. The new offices at Molly's Park are powered by a working LIT solar system, a benchmark they have set on their own roof. They are here to play a meaningful role in building a more energy-secure, future-focused Ballito.

The Hair Shack has settled into their beautiful new home. Their space has been designed to feel modern and welcoming, with easy access, convenient parking, and a private outdoor seating area for clients. This new chapter for owners Alex and Justen reflects everything they value: creating an environment where their clients feel comfortable, cared for, and at home. They’ve also welcomed a new team of expert stylists. Clients can now enjoy an expanded treatment menu and complimentary consultations, so they can pop in for advice at any time. Beyond the salon chair, they’ve introduced Sip and Style experiences, digital loyalty rewards, Activation Days with giveaways and exclusive offers, as well as pensioners’ discounts. With their eco-friendly, solar-powered setup, they’re proud to offer a space that looks and feels good.
“We’d also like to thank Bloc Architects, Kubik Consulting, and Nichol Projects for making our dream come to life.”
