Louis Wiesinger is a Director, leading attorney, notary, and conveyancer. He specialises in Property Law, establishment and registration of Sectional Title Schemes, complex servitude and notarial issues, Trust Law and handles many matters for overseas clients. He speaks four languages fluently which greatly enhances his ability to deal with matters both in South Africa and abroad. He has been resident and practising on the North Coast since 1998.
Veronica O’Dwyer is a Director and prominent litigation attorney handling complex commercial, estate, and family law matters. She has lived and worked on the North Coast since 1986. She is Chairperson of the KwaDukuza Attorneys Association, Acting Chairperson of the Small Claims Advisory Board, former Chairperson of ILembe Women in Business, and an executive member of the Irish South African Association.
Sashen Naidoo is an Associate specialising in criminal law and various aspects of litigation. He is well known for his impressive and successful court appearances. He also serves as a Commissioner in the Small Claims Court.
Sapna Maharaj is an Associate specialising in Deceased Estates. She handles complex Trust and Estate matters and regularly attends the Masters’ Offices to streamline and expedite the finality of estate matters.
